For him, art must be have a different perspective on an issues, from here the artist must be careful when doing research and needed a method that is not monotonous.

Here are some words from the artist himself.

This project focused on agricultural activities (rice) in Itoshima, Fukuoka. The interesting thing to me is how agricultural activities in Itoshima, because most of the activities of citizens here is farming and then my opinion farmers have a role in a country economy and food security.

From here, I tried to see what extent the agricultural development in Itoshima and how mode of production and distribution agricultural result in this city which was also distributed to other cities. It could be considered, whether this activities can be alternative thing for citizen in Tokyo? Or at least, This educative activities that can be distributed to visitors in temporary museum.

“The Last Super” (Photograph), “take your protein pills and put your helmet on” (Video), and series of drawings will be presented at my exhibition. These are my response as an artist to see the issue of agriculture in Itoshima.

At the symposium, it will be discussed on the agricultural activities in Ithosima presented by a local farmer as a start. From perspectives of local farmer, artist and organizer, discussing about what kind of art can take artistic role in responding to themes such as agriculture.
