We are pleased to announce an exhibition Star Wars Challenge by Rajiv Alvares on June 24(Sat) & 25(Sun), as a result of his activity during his stay at Studio Kura.
*His first term exhibition was held on May 27 (Sat) & 28(Sun), his four digital illustration works will be held this time as his concluded exhibition.
Rajiv Alvares is an Indian based Concept Artist in the Video Game Industry. He is a Fresh Graduate from 3dsense Media School, Singapore, were he trained as an Digital Artist.
During his year in school.The idea of Art challenges were pretty addictive to him.Initially intimidated by them he tried few in school and got hooked on it like a drug. ” There is some thing about a challenge that make it addictive, you have short burst of energy towards some thing and have to produce it in time to fit a larger idea, its just an awesome feeling to me ” .

One challenge in school that got passed me was a Star Wars Challenge, were in artist were invited to create different iterations of scenes and props for the famous franchise.I wish to use this opportunity to finally and hopefully complete it.

* We will hold an exhibition party and an artist talk on Saturday, 24th of June, starting at 15:00 (a staff will explain his show due to his absence).
* The exhibitions by other current residence artists will be also held at the same exhibition dates.
