Susan Jablonski （スーザン・ジャブロンスキー）は、シカゴに住むポーランド系アメリカ人のアーティストです。シカゴ美術館附属美術大学で美術学士号（BFA）を取得し、現在はシカゴ大学で美術学修士号（MFA）を追求しています。写真のバックグラウンドを出発点として、スーザンはアナログ写真プロセス、コラージュ、そして最近ではセラミックを使って、イメージの生成と認識の概念を探求しています。彼女は、写真に根付いた考え方と「現実」という仮定を崩すことに興味を持っています。
Susan Jablonski is a Polish-American artist living in Chicago, IL. She earned her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is currently pursuing her MFA at the University of Chicago. Using her photography background as a point of departure, Susan has been working with analog photo processes, collage, and as of recently, ceramics, to explore the notion of image production and perception. She is interested in breaking down embedded photographic thinking and the supposed “reality” of images.
