Benett Holgerson is a painter and filmmaker from Madison, Wisconsin.
He explores and crafts narrative through nonlinear editing and intuitive mark making. His paintings primarily depict organic and internal landscapes through abstract expressionism. His films are a hybrid of experimental, narrative, and documentary work.
He is currently working on a body of paintings and short film exploring human interaction with the natural world in the Japanese countryside.
