Dea’s work explores how digital technology shapes place, identity, and piety. As an In Situ practice, she uses iteration as a methodology to reveal the nuanced relationship between technology and physical space, culminating in installations that merge mediums of digital imagery, light, sound, and found objects.
Her experience of displacement has since informed her narratives on movement, tradition, and the traces left behind by change, shaping a desire to stay connected.
