Mela Boev + Yu is an Italian multidisciplinary artist who likes to explore narratives and mythologies. In her series of researches about the Genius Loci (spirit of the place) named Uncle Vania or the Mask of the World tries to translate her personal experience of territories into time-based performances.
During her residency in Studio Kura will focus on choreography inspired by Haiku, Tanka and personal writings.
