Marie Bilodeau（マリー・ビロドー）は、現在カナダ・Tiohtià:ke／モントリオールを拠点に活動するインターディシプリナリー・アーティストです。

Marie Bilodeau is an interdisciplinary artist currently based in Tiohtià:ke / Montreal, Canada.
Her practice emerges between sculpture and drawing, through papermaking, photography, ceramics, and expanded mark-making practices. Her process is informed by hydro-feminism and eco-poetics, studying the haptic experience of the body within residual ecologies. She builds embodied abstractions, making tangible soft noises, signals, growing patterns and fluctuating weights within materially charged sites. Tactility and contamination become methods: generators of affect infiltrating archives, surfaces, tools, and site-specific fragments. Her practice focuses on the discarded, unstable and erased: rearticulating a slower relationship to the environment and its perpetual cycles of erasure.
