Song Lu（路淞）は、中国・貴州省出身、ニューヨークを拠点に活動するマルチメディア・アーティストです。2021年にスクール・オブ・ビジュアル・アーツの写真・映像および関連メディア専攻でMFAを取得しました。AI、映像、写真を通して、デジタル・アーキテクチャが記憶、身体、そしてジェンダー化された知覚をどのように再構成するのかを探求しています。彼女の作品は、テクノロジーの構造の内側にある亀裂を浮かび上がらせ、確実性が溶け去ったあとに残される空間をたどります。
Luは、UNTITLED Art Fair（マイアミビーチ）、PHOTOFAIRS Shanghai、ICP Photobook Festなどで作品を発表してきました。また、MIT AI Filmmaking Hackathon（2025）およびゲーテ・インスティトゥート北京によるAI短編映画コンペティション「AIsolation」（2025）に選出されています。さらに、Art in America誌の2024年秋号「New Talent」特集において、「20 Artists to Watch」の一人として紹介されました。
Song Lu 路淞 is a New York-based multimedia artist from Guizhou, China, holding an MFA in Photography, Video and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts (2021). Through AI, video, and photography, she examines how digital architectures reconfigure memory, bodies, and gendered perception, exposing fissures within technological structures and tracing the spaces that remain when certainty dissolves.
Lu has exhibited at UNTITLED Art Fair (Miami Beach), PHOTOFAIRS Shanghai, and the ICP Photobook Fest, and has been selected for the MIT AI Filmmaking Hackathon (2025) and the Goethe-Institut Beijing’s AI Short Film Competition “AIsolation” (2025). She was featured as one of Art in America’s “20 Artists to Watch” in the Fall 2024 New Talent issue.
