Mia Mala McDonald(Australia) Residency: July, 2015
Mia Mala McDonald (AU) is a freelance photographer/video artist based in Melbourne. Her work investigates our psychological connect to place and in particular how our sense of place exists in time and nostalgic memory. Mia’s photographs have appeared in the pages of Frankie, Vice, Dazed and Confused and New York Times Magazine. Mia received her MFA at RMIT University 2014 and is a senior lecturer at Photography Studies Collage.
