Vale Wilson is a Chilean illustrator and visual artist based in Barcelona. She works somewhere between obsessive control and necessary chaos, creating images that don\u2019t dictate meaning but leave room for viewers to complete the story themselves. Symbols often appear; birds, plants, waves. Small metaphors that whisper rather than shout, speaking of memory, emotion and connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her work is also shaped by tributes: to the women she admires, to music that lingers in the body, and to characters who feel real because they resist being simplified. These influences slip into her visual worlds not loudly, but insistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vale\u2019s practice spans illustration, muralism, textile design, and tattooing. Whatever the medium, her aim is the same: to make images that are visually striking, slightly strange, and quietly intimate.
