Themes that reoccur are the beauty and\ncharm of everyday rural Japan and Shinto.\nOne rather intimate personal work in a playful format addresses my ongoing struggle with living life\nwith a chronic illness. This vulnerable topic touches upon a more universal issue; the critical practice\nof raising boundaries and taking care of oneself.
