ブラジルで生まれ育ち、20年間パリに住んでおり、（写真）ジャーナリストとして働いています。 私のプロジェクトはキャリアを通じて、社会経済的なテーマに焦点を当ててきました。その中には、最近ではフランスの不法移民やパリのブラジル人トランスジェンダーコミュニティの問題も含まれています。
私の現在のプロジェクトは、日本人移民の孫娘として、そして移民としてヨーロッパで過ごした私自身の旅を含め、日本人ディアスポラに関するものです。
私のプロジェクトの新たな一歩として福岡にいられることを嬉しく思います。 100年以上前、私の家族はこの島を離れ、ブラジルで新たな生活を始めました。私はすでに、地球の裏側での生活や地元のルーツとの多くのつながりを発見しています。
写真は私にとってアートを作るためのツールです。

Born and raised in Brazil, I have been living in Paris for 20 years, working as a (photo)journalist. Throughout my career my projects have focused on social-economic themes, including, most recently, the issues of illegal immigrants in France and the Brazilian transgender community in Paris.
My current project is about the Japanese diaspora, including my own journey as the granddaughter of Japanese immigrants and as an immigrant myself in Europe.
I’m glad to be in Fukuoka for this new step of my project. My family left this island for a new life in Brazil, more than a hundred years ago, and I’ve already been discovering many connections with my life on the other side of the globe and my local roots.
Photography is my tool for making art.
