Announcing: Beck Wheeler’s exhibition “Itoshima Characters”

We are happy to announce a new exhibition from one of the artists in the Studio Kura residence program.

Beck Wheeler from New Zealand and She was born in Germany, raised in New Zealand, and has lived in Australia too.

Beck is a multi-disciplinary artist who does painting, carving and digital media, but she plans to work on an installation and at least one mural during her four week stay.

Date: JULY 12th to 19th; open from 11:00 to 19:00 (free entrance)
The opening party will be on JULY 12th (Saturday), from 17:00.

Beck Wheeler Just Arrived

Beck Wheeler from New Zealand just arrived! She was born in Germany, raised in New Zealand, and has lived in Australia too.

“HAKURO” by Nigel Bennet, his project on Homepage.

Nigel Bennet, who stayed in September 2012, August 2013, updated his project on “HAKURO” homepage.

therefore, he asked local people to participate in his project.
