Thane Lund (USA) Residency: March, 2014
Thane Lund is an American artist who works in the visual arts including painting, installation and photography. After studying abroad at Burren College of Art in Ireland, he got his BFA at the Montana State University School of Art. His work has been exhibited in Ireland, Germany, and across the United States of America.
He stayed during 2014/Mar/1st-28th and on Mar/29th日-30th had the solo exhibition「NOT JUST US」at Studio Kura Gallery, he made art work and photographs with materials and medias collected in Itoshima.
Also he made a presentation to the members of Kamacon valley and had a discussion with them.
