The practice of Robin van Hekezen is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about the unknown and the fundamental nature of reality. Her work draws inspiration from philosophy as well as physics, questioning established paradigms and exploring what exists beyond perception.Through studies of geometric form and composition, she aims to reveal structures of abstract realities, offering an aesthetic experience of what cannot be directly observed.During her residency at Studio Kura, she will focus on blending painting with more three-dimensional and digital work to investigate a new layer of interplay between space and matter.
