Noa Goffer is an illustrator and visual artist based in Tel Aviv.
Her work combines drawing, collage, print, and mixed media, and centers on people, memory, objects, and the emotional stories they carry. She is drawn to characters and places that exist slightly outside the frame — forgotten plants, almost-extinct animals, overlooked social moments, and landscapes that become both entry and exit points. Through her visual language she catalogs, documents, and tells stories with humor, sensitivity, and curiosity.
