Studio Kuraでは、Fawzia Muradali Kane（トリニダード・トバゴ/英国）による滞在制作発表展「Spider, cloud, hawk, river (song fragments)」を開催します！ 1か月のレジデンス期間を通してFawziaが制作した最新作を展示いたします。

以下アーティストからのメッセージです。
何千年も昔、ひとりの蜘蛛がいました。
その蜘蛛には、空に住む最愛の存在がいました。彼女は、空を漂う雲の向こうに隠れて暮らしていました。
空の蜘蛛の姿を直接見ることはできませんでしたが、雲のかたちは、まるで彼女の声をなぞるかのようでした。地上にいる蜘蛛にできることは、ただ彼女に向かって歌うことだけでした。その旋律を、鷹と風が助け、空へと運び上げてくれました。
果たして、恋人とその最愛の存在は出会うことができたのでしょうか。
私たちがそれを知る術はあるのでしょうか。
この物語はあまりにも古く、全体像を知ることはできません。長い年月を経て、物語は断片となり、鳥のさえずりや獣の叫び、さらには空と水のリズムの上で揺れる光と影のなかに、手がかりとして残されています。
ここに、あなたの前に並べられているのは、私たちが見つけ出した、そのいくつかの「断片」なのです。
Thousands of years ago, there was a spider whose beloved lived in the sky, hidden behind clouds that drifted across the heavens.
The sky-spider could never be seen, but the shape of the clouds mimicked her voice.
Our spider below on the ground could only sing to her, and the hawk and wind helped lift his melodies upwards into the air.
Did the lover and his beloved ever meet?
Will we ever know?
This story is so ancient, we can only find pieces of the whole story, passed down over the millennia: clues left in birdsong, the cries of animals—even the sunlight and shadow playing over the rhythms of sky and water.
