Studio Kuraでは、Lisa Holmén（aavaalue）による滞在制作発表展「Itoshima no Komoriuta」を開催します！ 2か月のレジデンス期間を通してLisaが制作した最新作を展示いたします。

以下アーティストからのメッセージです。
《Itoshima no Komoriuta（糸島の子守唄）》は、糸島の音から生まれました。特に、この土地の夜の風景から大きなインスピレーションを受けています。本作は、音と周囲の環境から集めたオブジェクトを組み合わせた、学際的なインスタレーションです。
このインスタレーションは、私がこの2か月間、糸島で集めてきたフィールドレコーディングをもとに制作したアルバムから派生した作品でもあります。あふれる感情を表現するために、ピアノやハミングによる即興演奏も取り入れました。
私はこの場所の音を記録し、この地に深く存在しようとしました。1月の熱気や鳥たち、闇とその闇がもたらす想像力、水や山々——。すべてはとても移ろいやすく、特に外国人としてこの地に滞在している今、そのことを強く感じています。日々は意味深い出会いに満ち、それらはやがて記憶となって胸に刻まれていきます。
このアルバムは物語であり、私にとって糸島と、この特別な時間を象徴する音の子守唄です。そしてインスタレーションは、その物語と音を、物質的なかたちへと翻訳しようとする試みです。
アルバムは、Studio Kuraでのレジデンス終了後にデジタルリリースされる予定です。
Itoshima no Komoriuta (lullaby of Itoshima) was born through the sounds of Itoshima. Particularly drawing inspiration from the nocturnal landscape of the area. It is a multidisciplinary installation combining sound and found objects from the surrounding environment. The installation is the side product of an album which is based on field recordings that I have collected from Itoshima for the past two months. For the excess emotions I also picked up improvisation through piano and humming. I wanted to record the sounds, and be very present to this place: to the heat of January and the birds, to the darkness and to the imagination that the darkness brought, to the waters and the mountains. Everything is so transient, and I feel it especially during this time being a foreigner, where your days consist of meaningful encounters that merge into memories for one to carry. The album is a story, a lullaby of sounds that, for me, represent Itoshima and a very special time. The installation is an attempt to translate that story and sound into something physical.
The album will be released digitally after my residency at Studio Kura.
