Announcing Zac Grenfell’s Exhibition “Overgrown with Happiness”

We are happy to announce Overgrown with Happiness, an exhibition by Zac Grenfell, as a result of his activity during his stay at Studio Kura.

Zac Grenfell completed a Bachelor of Illustration at North Melbourne Institute of Tafe (NMIT) in 2013. He currently works and exhibits throughout Melbourne.
Having grown up on a farm in country Victoria, Zac has always had a connection with nature and a love of flora and fuana subject matter. He mixes this with inspiration from his surroundings and constant day dream to create surreal character based illustrations.

Here are some words from the artist himself.

Overgrown with Happiness’ is a documentation of the positive and negative interactions of my stay in Japan, in an attempt to turn all the negatives into positives through drawing.
