Here are some words from the artist herself.
In my search of “Finding Home,” a personal journey based on living through small moments. I find it is best expressed through an intimate experience; much like deep conversations with close family or friends. In my exhibition, I hope viewers can feel something bigger in what appears small. It is a feeling I get when I am closer to finding a sense of home. But when I’m in Itoshima, I feel it everywhere. <3
