Hannah Quinlivan (Australia) Residency: November, 2013
Hannah Quinlivan graduated from Australian National University School of Art in 2011 and was the recipient of a number of awards including the Peter and Lena Karmel Award for the highest honours grade. Hannah is in a number of collections including the National Gallery of Australia, KPMG Art Collection, Australian National University, Deakin University and The Molonglo Group. She recently completed a mentorship with renowned experimental drawer Monika Grzymala in Berlin and has an upcoming solo exhibition at the Australian High Commission, Singapore opening on November 6, 2013.
During her stay, She introduced her art works to Students at NISHI KARATSU day care center. And also she had the solo exhibition「Penumbra」which showed us her installation with a massive amount of white tapes. At opening party, she collaborated her work with a local dancer.
