Ivy Koh (Singapore) Residence: January to February 2019
Ivy Koh is a Motion Graphics Designer from the sunny little island, Singapore.
She recently graduated with a Diploma in Animation (Motion Graphics) from 3DSense Media School. She enjoys doing both traditional and digital art. Her interest began in Secondary school, where she studied Art as one of her main subjects. Her works are passion-driven and enjoy experimenting with her digital designs, always learning and developing art with the use of technology.
Her inspirations come from the surroundings, different cultures, and people. She’s excited to visit Japan; to experience the culture and the winter season.
During the one-month stay at Studio Kura, she intends to explore the town and hopes to bring elements of inspiration into her work. She also hopes to explore in other areas of art such as drawing, painting and even 3D printing. It is going to be the most unforgettable trip, to travel around Fukuoka and to experience winter for the first time!
