We are happy to announce from little things big things grow, an exhibition by Mia Mala McDonald, in which she will show work she did during her residence at Studio Kura.
Mia Mala McDonald is an Australian freelance photographer/video artist based in Melbourne. Her work investigates our psychological connection to places and, in particular, how our sense of position exists in time and nostalgic memory. Mia’s photographs have appeared in the pages of Frankie, Vice, Dazed and Confused and New York Times Magazine. Mia received her MFA at RMIT University 2014 and is a senior lecturer at Photography Studies College.
