Wai Santy is a Bali based creative director. With a passion for storytelling through many visual mediums, Wai’s creative journey has taken her from the vibrant realms of advertising to the magical world of Walt Disney Consumer Products.
Drawing inspiration from the rich mosaic of cultures and the intricate nuances of human interactions, she moulds her work with a touch of wonder and curiosity. Her studio, aptly named Tiny People Studio, embodies the belief that we are all tiny explorers embarking on adventures to discover meaning and connections in this vast world.
During the residency, with a paintbrush in hand and a heart full of whimsical joys, Wai is looking to rediscover her inner self through the world of illustrations and short animations.
