Announcing Helen Brown’s Exhibition “Topsy-Turvy”

We are pleased to announce an exhibition Topsy-Turvy by Helen Brown on November 25 (Saturday) & 26 (Sun), as a result of her activity during her stay at Studio Kura.

Helen Brown graduated from the University of Hertfordshire 1992 BA Hons Fine Art. She has recently completed at the City Lit London Advanced Art Practice course.
Since 1992 she has been exhibiting her work and in her current art practice she uses watercolours and printmaking.

Here are some words from the artist herself.

My work is as a result of living at Studio Kura in the Japanese countryside of Itoshima.
I have on a daily basis observed the changes in the landscape in particular the cultivation of the gardens and paddy fields.
