We are pleased to announce an exhibition ” 花言葉 – 薔薇 ” by Ong Huan Yi Ernest on February 22(Sat.) & 23(Sun.), as a result of his activity during his stay at Studio Kura.
Ong Huan Yi Ernest is a Digital Illustrator that from graduated from 3dsense Media School in November 2019, specialising in Concept Design and Illustration. Formerly studied Digital Media Design(Games) in Nanyang Polytechnic(NYP) in Singapore.
For this exhibition Ernest will be exploring the topic of Hanakotoba with my fellow digital artists from Singapore. Each of us will be exploring on a different flower and its meaning, and then work on an illustration.
He will be exploring both the Red Rose and White Rose. Symbolizing both Love, Innocence and Devotion, and will be working on an Illustration based on a story of how a couple met each other and eventually fell in love and then, remained together forever.
