Alex Latham is an Australian artist living and working on Gadigal land in Sydney’s east. Latham calls on a wide variety of imagery, pop culture references and irreverent iconography and re-purposes them through paint, drawing & installation. His body of work reflects the abundance of images that make up his world-view.
Latham was the director of Canteen, an artist run initiative in central Sydney, Chippendale (Closed in 2022). He has been exhibiting in Sydney for a number of years and has completed an Honours degree in printmaking at the National Art School 2014.
