ヘザーはテンプル大学のタイラー美術学校から絵画の美術学士（BFA）を取得しています。アメリカへの帰国後、彼女は今秋からアイオワ大学で版画の美術修士（MFA）を追求する予定です。
Heather Steckler is an interdisciplinary artist based in Philadelphia, specializing in printmaking, collage, and book arts. Her artistic practice revolves around the creation of personal archives that capture the essence of everyday life.
Currently in Itoshima, she is exploring nontraditional book structures to preserve and catalog these moments and collections. Her goal is to create an immersive anthology that reflects her time spent in Itoshima.
Heather holds a BFA in Painting from the Tyler School of Art at Temple University. Upon her return to the United States, she plans to pursue an MFA in printmaking at the University of Iowa starting this fall.
