Announcing Virginie Eudeline’s exhibition “Mei-chan in Fukuoka-land”

We are pleased to announce an exhibition Mei-chan in Fukuoka-land by Virginie Eudeline on November 23(Sat.) – 24(Sun.), as a result of her activity during her stay at Studio Kura.

Virginie Eudeline is a french artist living in Singapore. She graduated from 3D Sense Media School, Singapore, specializing in Concept Design and Illustration, in March 2019. After that, she was selected with other students to make a 3D animated short film (coming end of 2019), where she worked as a story artist and concept artist, and also explored the art of animation.
Her art interest is motivated by story telling, especially for children, whether making concept art or drawing illustration, or even better, storyboarding.

I would like to share my experience in studio Kura and Fukuoka in general through some illustrations. As I like to tell stories in my drawings, I created this little girl called Mei who is having fun in ‘Fukuoka-land’, hence the imaginative world where she belongs to.
